After you pass the final quiz, your certificate appears under “My Certificates”. You can download a signed PDF and share a verification link with employers. Name corrections can be made once per certificate.

We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA bank transfers for EU customers. All payments are encrypted. If a payment fails, try another method or contact us; we respond within one business hour.

You can download PDFs, audio summaries, and transcripts for offline study. Video downloads are available in selected courses. Your progress syncs when you reconnect.

We offer a 14-day refund if less than 20% of a course is completed. Contact support with your order ID; refunds usually finalize in 5–10 business days depending on bank processing.
